Problem

Industrial water valves will fail at some point in time. The failure might be one that can be detected easily or it might not. In the latter case, you will production down time which you want to avoid.

Solution

A solution is to regularly check various physical variables of the valves which are used to conclude about its current condition. This is called condition monitoring.

Implementation

This product bundle consists of all the components needed to successfully put such a system into operation. The smart sensor Tribok is used to acquire the needed physical valve variables. Those are its vibrations which are measured through an acceleration sensor. Its values are given to the anomaly detection AI which transforms the vibrations into human understandable condition statements. The data is being sent to the dashboard from which you will have all of your valves in check.

You need one Tribok, one power supply, one acceleration sensor and one AI per valve. You need one dashboard for the whole installation.
